It also stated " LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse this site." The header had LEGO as the highest ranking search term. It was followed by MLCad, LDraw, and LSynth which isn't as ranked as highly as LEGO. The next words they uses is Classic Space. Western was also included and might not be understood by web engines.
